Hsia Fang is the chef and co-owner of Budai Gourmet Chinese. He has over 30 years of culinary experience under his belt. Prior to opening Budai, Hsia has worked in kitchens in Taiwan, Washington D.C. and New York City, as well as Chinese restaurants here in Albuquerque.
Elsa Fang is the general manager and co-owner of Budai Gourmet Chinese. She comes from a generation of restaurateurs and has over 20 years of restaurant management experience.
We offer you and your loved ones hand-crafted dishes influenced from Taiwan, Shanghai, and Southern China. Please don't hesitate to ask Elsa more about the menu, suggestions or dietary requests. We can tailor a meal just for you, and of course, we also deliver and cater events large and small.
